Job Summary

The “Project Assistant” will work in the consulting team and play an essential role in different projects on the management side and communication. There is a great variety and diversity of various projects and customers where the consulting team delivers solutions. Working in the group to provide GACP documentation to our customers will be one of the main tasks. In addition to that there will be a strong focus on the GACP software implementation and also on the support side of the implementation phase.

What you will be doing:

  • Implementation of GACP at customer sites
  • Assist general project organization 
  • Conceptualize workflow processes 
  • Administration and communication
  • Assist with plantation inspections 
  • Adapt SOPs 
  • Reporting and analytics 

What we are looking for:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (all HAFL courses) 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Ideally, knowledge of Miro (a digital platform for visual collaboration) 
  • Workplace: Office, on-site, remote
