Job Summary
We seek a highly talented and creative Product Designer to join our team and help design an innovative SaaS digital product in the cannabis industry. You will be responsible for collaborating with the product and tech teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing designs for our web and mobile applications.
What you will be doing:
- Participating in continuous discovery with clients and prospective clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Working with main stakeholders and everyone involved to ensure the delivery of a great product.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Design and develop user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are technically feasible and implementable.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Collaborate with the design team to create and maintain a design system that aligns with our brand guidelines and design principles.

- An experienced product person with a minimum of three years in the field.
- A team player.
- A lifelong learner, always eager to learn more and adapt.
- A critical thinker able to translate opportunities into testable hypotheses.
- A great communicator (English).
- A professional ready to work with an international, diverse, and distributed team.

- Branding
- Knowledge of the cannabis market.
- Experience in products with high quality and compliance requirements.
- Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma knowledge.
