Job Summary

Determined professional with five years of experience in B2B sales. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Charismatic with a proven record of selling B2B SaaS software solutions. Strong negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of the software industry.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Prospecting, strategizing, qualifying and producing quality leads
  • Interacting by phone, email and LinkedIn with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level executives
  • Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes, identifying projects, determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions
  • Presenting and demoing the product
  • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our product
  • Provide effective back-up support to key phases in the sales process
  • Confirm customer needs and develop initial customer profile
  • Strategizing with the marketing team on lead generation and the performance of marketing campaigns

What we are looking for:

  • +3 years of relevant internal sales experience in a high-tech environment
  • Relevant experience prospecting and qualifying and producing quality leads
  • A proven track record of achieving goals & KPI’s in a B2B SaaS sales role
  • Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective when working independently and in team environments
  • Strong business judgment
  • Excellent English and desirable German communication (verbal, written, and presentation)

Skills that will help you in the role

  • Experience with CRM (ideally hubspot)
  • Experience in agricultural sales or pharmaceutical sales
  • Experience in software sales
