Job Summary

You will take an active role in our Product team, working closely with the CPO and other team members on product strategy, tactics, discovery, and delivery.

We are looking for a curious person who is eager to learn and stands out due to their ability to innovate and to communicate in an open, friendly, and transparent way.

What you will be doing

  • Participating in continuous discovery with clients and prospective clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Working with main stakeholders and everyone involved to ensure the delivery of a great product.
  • Balancing tactical needs with strategic growth and quality.
  • Conceptualizing new product features.
  • Writing user stories, defining product requirements, and creating product specifications.
  • Involvement in the design process with the responsible UX designer.
  • Working with the tech team to ensure everything is delivered as expected.
  • Helping in defining the product vision, product strategy, and product principles.

What we are looking for

  • An experienced product person with a minimum of three years in the field.
  • A team player.

  • A critical thinker able to translate opportunities into testable hypotheses.
  • A problem-solver that turns complex requirements into achievable workflows.
  • A great communicator (English).
  • A professional ready to work with an international, diverse, and distributed team.

Skills that will help you in the role

  • UX and UI.
  • Knowledge of the cannabis market.
  • Experience in products with high quality and compliance requirements.
  • Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma knowledge.
  • Ability to use a design system on day-to-day work.
