Job Summary

As a software tester, you'll be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. You'll conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within a product before it gets deployed to everyday users.

Responsibilities

As a software tester at Cannavigia you will:

  • Work with software developers and product owner teams
  • Carry out stress testing, performance testing, functional testing and scalability testing
  • Write and execute test scripts
  • Design tests to mitigate risk
  • Run manual and automated tests
  • Test in different environments including web and mobile
  • Provide quality assurance
  • Review documentation
  • Write bug reports
  • Present findings to software development and product owner teams
  • Work with software development and product owners on troubleshoot and problem solving
  • Work towards departmental and project deadlines
  • Liaise with project team in other parts of the world

Qualifications

Preferably degree in computer science or IT, engineering, mathematics, physics, chemistry.

Others would also be considered as long as with previous professional experience in software testing for at least 3 years.

We are looking for senior (+ 5 years experience) and middle (+2 years experience) levels.
